Official Kickback Golf 3M Open Picks and Preview

The floodgates have opened for X! What a win for Xander Schauffele to secure The 152nd Open and his second major of the year. He played a flawless final round of golf, shooting a bogey free 65. After so many close calls, I think we will be seeing numerous victory cigars in the future. Congratulations X!
The 3M Open at TPC Twin Cities should be a fun one. Usually, we do not see the strongest field at this tournament. That trend seems to continue for this week. Located in Blaine, Minnesota, this is going to be one of those classic birdie fest tournaments. Lee Hodges won last year by 7 shots with a final score of -24. Hopefully this year, that is not the case and we have a more competitive leaderboard.
Let’s go Sahith! Sahith Theegala (+2200) has been trending in the right direction all year long it seems. With his quality play this season, and being the Kickback’s team most beloved golfer, expect Sahith to be in the mix come Sunday.
Not too many picks from us this week. We are coming to the end of the PGA season, but will be posting our picks for the Olympics next week, best of luck!
Outright:
Sahith Theegala +2200
Maverick McNealy +5000
Rico Hoey +7500
Michael Thorbjornsen +7500
Top 10:
Erik Van Rooyen +320
Top 20:
Mackenzie Hughes +210
Emiliano Grillo +190
